PBN requirements

Hello,
i have a 10 domains PBN right now but i bought those domain names from someone and now i want to search for them by myself. Could someone tell me what requirements does a domain need to have? I know that it should be at least 5 years old, have DA over 20 and over 50 backlinks from different websites.

Also, if there is a cheaper alternative website for checking those characteristics other than Majestic or Ahrefs please let me know.
