Hello guys, i have a competitor who creat backlinks in authority website ,but when i try to access to his link's they are redirected (CPA offer) .
i want know how he do? how they pbn still send the juice after redirect?
also how can creat the same thing in the same website he use?

Do you mean when you click on the result in the serp, it is redirected? In which case he would own the site it seems. Most of the juice still passes through a redirect.

Fresh 301 redirects are still shown in Serps and still will be there for a while. Google doesn't work instantly when you redirect a domain.

i don't think he own the websites i think he hack it.

takes time for the 301 redirect to actually reflect what is happening but eventually does

Must have some tricks or hack in place as you can't redirect results page to a different one unless you own it.
