    He guys,

I'm going to create new PBN for some affiliate sites. Got some questions regarding this.
    - Should i get .NL websites or .com/net/org websites in PBN (.NL websites will have lower quality)
    - Should i write in english or NL (English is much easier for creating articles for the PBN)
Hope you guys can help me a bit

Mix it up. Since it's a Dutch site, it's only natural that the site gets linked to from articles written in Dutch and from .NL domains.

I'd go for only Dutch, speaking out of experience.

I'd also avoid PBN's since they're easily to spot by Google. Do you see any big brands that have 'em? I sure don't, therefor never used them and I might add that I'm still ranking like I always did without help of any kind of PBN.

Then again, you might be running a churn-and-burn site on which neither the language of the articles will matter (as much as it would opposed to a legit site) and PBN's might come in useful when blasted correctly.
