Hi,

I am currently hosting a number of PBN sites on bulk hosting site. I wanted to ask some general questions about PBNs and also ask if anyone is interested in doing some 3 way link exchanges (I will provide metrics/categories for my PBNs below). But first the questions:

1) Hiding outgoing links
I know that sites like Majestic can pick up backlinks and that leaves your site open to being black balled if a competitor can show Google you have bad backlinks - I was wondering what the software is (free software plugin) that hides your site from all spiders except the Google one

2) How important is category of PBN?
I have a web development site that I want to rank - I am currently buying PBN domains from vendors but not really specifying what category I want the PBNs in. For example one of my PBNs is an old ballet dance studio in New York - my question is - how important is category match when trying to rank? The problem is even if people say "Well category match is important" that screws up my plans to rank clients - how am I going to ensure that a client has all category matched backlinks coming through if they are in a different category to my PBN's (assuming I got category match PBNs to rank myself).

3) How much should I really build my PBN up and do we all agree manual reviews are an automatic fail?
Recently I've just been building PBNs with a single blog page (some with an about us page) on a unique theme. I was wondering how important certain sections of a PBN are - can we assume that any PBN checked manually will be de-indexed by Google? I mean how can I make outbound links to various sites look natural? What is everyone's opinion of just how much content to put on a PBN (terms&conditions, about us page, social media profiiles) - and how beneficial do you think it is in respect to the time spent.

----

Finally here are my PBN's - if anyone is interested in doing a 3 way link exchange please note I am looking for backlinks to my Wordpress development website, thanks!

Haiti website for weather stations - TF: 25, CF: 23
Canadian News Site - TF: 25, CF: 23
Sundial Company - TF: 24, CF: 17
A News Site on China Petroleum - TF: 24, CF: 18
A Fan Site for a Metal Band - TF: 17, CF: 18

If anyone is looking for 3 way links from any of these sites please let me know (I can provide further information for any enquiries)

Thanks!

1. There is, like Spyder Spanker (not sure if it's called like that), but having a plugin on all your domains is a pretty huge footprint. If you want to hide them, do so via Htaccess.
2. Read this - https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/c...osts-metrics-spam-and-niche-relevancy.916518/
3. As much content as your ROI allows. A lot depends on whether you care about your PBN or not. If it's some churn and burn PBN, then whatever, few articles will do. If you use expensive domains for long term project, then you want it to last. 20 - 40 articles should be enough. For me it varies, depending on the size of the domain that I use as PBN.

Those metrics of your sites that you posted are irrelevant. There's no RD stated anywhere, so those domains can range from RD1 (which are worth nothing), to RD1000, (which would be worth a couple thousand).

Hi Nargil,

Thanks for your response (and aplogise for my late response).

Regarding my PBN's can you clarify what you mean by RD? Do you mean backlinks? Is there a free tool I can bulk get that information?

Also with the .htaccess file is there a place I can find with a template .htaccess file to upload? I've been searching around and I've just come up with a bunch of 404 Not Found pages whenever the topic is mentioned and redirected to.

Regarding blocking bots I think I'm just going to install the Spider Blocker plugin - it is free and states that it leaves 0 footprint.

Chrs!

What Nargil said.

I would like to add to the point #2 & #3..

I always stick to the website's original topic. Even re-create as many old pages with links as possible. Then I create 1-2 brand new pieces of content (with no links) each month to further reinforce the topic of the website. So Google remembers easier.

Most of the site in my PBN have so called sitelink "six pack" which is a sign of authority.

You can pass manual review if you keep OBL to a minim, content is readable and design good.

Here's a quick check.

Visit your website and switch to text only mode. It's what mods do.

Now... is it just a huge pile of text with link shining in the middle?

Or is it multiple paragraphs with tons of formatting divided by image codes, block quotes, scripts, video embeds etc?

The second one is good.

Hey guys,

As per Nargil's point I have created a list of site metrics for my domains which can be found in the images attached.

Please note these include the subdomains and www domains - and of course this includes the amount of backlinks.

If anyone is interested further please let me know - I would like to start with a 1 for 1 link - only want to link to real sites (not money making sites etc. - just local/real legitimate business sites pref. selling something tangible). My PBN's currently only have 1 blog post which is just to my site which is Wordpress development in my local city.

Please DM and I can provide 1-3 URL's and see where we go from there.

Thanks
