Yes, but if domain is cars233 and you put content on it about backpacks it will look bad in case of a manual chec-up.
But there is no such problem. I personally prefeer to put related content on my PBNs and later try to tie the KW to the overall topic. Or you could go for brandable domains
Don't forget to check for spam!
And for spammy BLs to that domain!

The domain name can be used creatively to make it seem like it is a brand name or initials for something.
It would be a stronger link if all the links to the pbn site were your niche but its still a good link if it isn't.
You'd be able to pass a manual review if you spend enough time making the pan a convincing site even if it seems like it would be another niche.
