Hello BHW Family :)

Quick question as usual. Just wanted to know your thoughts. I have a PBN network of 15 sites for a few clients in the Insurance Niche.

Question: Would it alright if I add Real estate content on the same insurance network websites for a new realtor that is looking to rank locally?

Would this cause a conflict as currently the sites are branded around insurance.

Do let me know what you guys think!

I don't think that's a problem. Just create a new category for each niche and you're good to go. I have big networks and been doing this the whole time and so far so good.
 
Yeah no problem at all.

Relevance is a good factor, but not 100% necessary.
 
I think this is some kind OK, if you can, just avoid it.

I agree on this. There are Real Estate company who offer insurance.
I think it's fine.
 
It's okay to branch out in categories related to the niche because you need LSI or else you'll sound close-minded
 
If you have a big budget, write an article on your pbn about real estate insurance, then just link to the pure real estate article (on that same domain) using an exact match, and on that one link to your client. Once again this is probably only efficient if you can afford to dish out
 
Branch out gradually into the new topic. Since your domains are about insurance you'll make them something about real estate insurance etc and then move onto to making this a seperate topic altogether. Hope that helps.
 
No Problem. You can put content relevant to your niche. It will be fine.
 
It is not an issue you can use it.
Try to make it relevant to the site by making modification in content.

Differentiate your contents according to Niche.
Niche wise work always appreciated.
 
There is no problem you can add another niche (real estate)in your blog.
 
I see PBNs that have content for all kinds of niches in one place all the time when I am looking at sites ranking and their backlinks. So it does work. However, you should keep in mind that it wont look natural to a manual reviewer for example.
 
Yes you can go ahead and link out to real estate and its related to insurance which should have many categories, home, personal, health etc.
