Hey, I'm working to set up my first PBN right now its for a site based around certain beauty products. I've been having a tough time finding domains that I could use in the my network but I found one and I'm a little unsure about it so would really appreciate some suggestions.

I was hesitant on this domain but this is the best domain I have been able to find. Also once I checked the domains back link profile I found it has 1 homepage link from a very relevant site and it has another inner page link from a relevant site as well. Any suggestions?

Thank you

Well the backlinks are from relevant sites and they are PR1. I think those sites linking to this one are maybe sort of PBN's since one is a homepage link. The backlink profile of the site is ok nothing too spammy just some directories but these powerful links have got me a bit confused.

Im looking to make a tier one PBN network.

If the backlink profile is okay i don't see why not, juice is juice, it is just 10 bucks to register why is that a problem?

Your right this is just my first time making a PBN and I dont want to hurt my site

If you are confused, you can keep searching. You might find better domain. If you do not, you can register it later. :)

Go and start with index, see how site display in SERPs. Check ARCHIVE.ORG if the website had any redirects in the past or bigger gaps in presence. If thats ok try to keep TF over 10 and see where sites gets links from.
I explained it all but I see majority of people follow the same "metrics" rules like a bunch of sheeps :)...More valuable domains for me ;)

Follow this and you will know what PBN really means : http://seoowl.net/private-blog-network-guide/

What was the referring domains as seen on Ahrefs? If it have good ref. domains, I would buy it anyway.

Well the ref domains were alright but you cant see the 2 domains including the homepage one pointing to it think the strong links are blocking crawlrs.
