Hi everybody,

what is your opinion on that? I collected a bunch of expired domains with my software, which contain sniper targetted (to my money site) links from huge sites, and some spammy links, e.g.

cnn.com/somepage (content: apples) --> pbnsite.com/otherpage -> moneysite.com/foo/bar (content: apples)
and many of
spam.com/somepage (content: wtf) --> pbnsite.com/somepagethere

The charming thing is that the domains are cheap and I have also content at hand (content: apples, apples like) which I can cheaply curate/make unique and nice.

Would SE detect that I am linking from apples to apples and furthermore understand that the spam is "irrelevant" in that case, when I --> retain the URLs <-- on the pbnsite, which has quality links from the quality site? Again: pbnsite.com/otherpage has links from cnn.com, and there I would place a link to my moneysite. cnn.com/somepage is about apples, moneysite.com/foo/bar is about apples, and the contant on pbnsite.com/otherpage is nice and at least apple-like.

So the question in short is: with that approach, is it possible to use cheap, but partly spammed pbn-sites?

Thanks,

In general you can use them. If they are heavily spammed I would't bother, but if there are acceptable amount of trash RDs they could be useful. You can build up some of the domains you consider to be OK, and test them by pointing the links to some of your lower ranking competitors and see what will happen.
