I recently setup a small python script to dish out site metrics for expired domains in a neat little csv file. I am amazed at what I am finding, but most of the expired domains are not relevant to my niche.

I just found a few expired domains with PA/DA both above 30 and non spammy link profile. This website is in the pharmaceutical niche, and most of my sites are confined to tech and gaming.

Should I use this domain and build a gaming/tech blog on it? Or should I keep looking for relevant domains?
What is your opinion about using expired domains from different niche?

I take whatever domain I think is good for my PBN and either change its niche to mine or build it like it was before + add a few weeks later content to link to my site :)

For pbn, it doesn't matter if it's in the different niche from your moneysite. I'm amazed that you could find non-spammy pharma niche. Usually this niche is spammed to death. Does it has authority links as well?

Yes, you can use the domain as long as you create a quality content that is relevant to your money site.

It doesn't really matter. As per our testing, results are seen even if you build on a generic domain. You can always make the site related to your niche later on.

Yep totally agree with the others and wish more people would understand that niche relevancy doesn't matter for a PBN. The reason it's got out of control within the industry is the local SEO crowd need niche relevant PBN's as this is what their clients want to see.

Also very surprised you've found a pharma domains that's decent haha, well done. We've processed over 200Million expired domains and pharma is usually in the red flag crowd haha.

Thats not a problem for PBN site, can use domain that having good content related to your niche.

You can repurpose it, I still see others ranking with nonrelated domains, even for moneysites.

The metrics of domains was good.
But that domain should be somewhat relevant to your niche site otherwise Google will consider it as Unnatural links.
So,you can buy that domain and make some changes relevant to your niche.
Many people are using irrelevant links but ranking will not stable for them and chances of getting banned or deindexed will be high.
