PBN question - build link to PBN

hi all,
I have bought some expired domain. I set up the wordpress and post article

My question is:

1. do I need to build tier 2 link to those new article?

2. if yes, do I need to build many web 2.0 to it? or just build few web 2.0 to ensure the article is indexed?

3. Could I use spun article on those web 2.0?

4. Could I run GSA directly as tier 2 to those PBN article?

5. How many article should I link to money site in one private blog? ( For example, 1 expired domain -> max 5 article with link)

6. is it mean 1 private blog only can have max 10 article? or 1 private blog can have many article, but it only can link max 10 article to one money site?

For example, 1 private blog has 30 article, 10 of articles link to A Money site, another 10 articles link to B Money site, the rest 10 article link to C money site

is it ok?

7. As Man101 asked, Many of the backlinks to expired domain websites are to specific inner pages, that no longer exist. So should one build new pages, keeping the URL same or should one simply 301 redirect the old URL to the homepage?

1. No - it already has links

2. ?

4. No point, you can do that with web2.0s, expired domains already have links

5. I've done up to 10 without any issues, safe side would be less than 10

If you got a good expired domains you do not need to build any links. That is time waisting. If you want to stay safe just place one link to your money site.

The reason behind going for a good expired domain to use for a pbn is because it will have both aged and powerful backlinks already eradicating the need for you to keep empowering it further.

yes.. using ahref to check backlinks and we can see which page is linked.
for example, mypbndomain.com/abcde.html
some backlinks are point to the above link. should we do something on it?

Better dont. Its unnatural and risky.

You can if your domains are weak.

Yes, when you check with any backlink checker, you can see that if the authority backlinks (for which you bought the domain) point to some inner pages, then you would have to create a new page with same URL OR redirect that URL to the home page or another URL in order to retain that link. My question to the experts here is, which option is better?
