PBN Question about Hosting

So, I have recently aquired a few domains, and am writing up the first pages of the blogs going on these sites. I need to setup the blog hosting, and I am not sure about hosting. Would using VPS and just hosting tiny servers be the safest? That way I can control updating the systems and keeping the installations updated with a basic script. If I run them on seperate "1$" hosting, wouldnt I need to deal with different support software, like cpanel, etc..?

you can use simple shared hosting and when your blog has goof number of visitors you can switch to VPS

i will share my hostings on blog today for black friday

you can go with $1 hosts but you have to deal with different cPanels too...
