PBN Problem - Domain Past

Hello everyone i have been trying to set up my own PBN network for mutiple Money Sites. Each PBN network will contain anywhere between 5-10 domains. Since i am new to this, Because i never created my own network earlier. I used to buy PBN links earlier but as you know they somehow get's banned one day or the other because of lots of users on the same network. So the problems i am facing are these -

1- I found some expired domain names related to my niche and they are relevant & those domains are like 4-8 years old. I am worried because i don't know if those domain names were ever penalized by google in the past :/ I don't want to buy a $100 domain name and then when it comes to getting the new links indexed google slaps me hard.

2- Should i go for fresh domain names ? If not what should i look at when buying a expired domain name Moz Trust Rank, Moz Trust Flow or Citation Flow ?

3- I read a lot of articles about C-Class hostings for PBN networks and some people said even A-Class SEO hostings are good for PBN, Which one will you recommend ? and Why ?

4- If i build a 10 Website PBN for 1 Money Site & after that i drip-feed like 20-40 Web 2.0 blogs linking to the 10 Website PBN network and boosting that web 2.0 blogs with High Authority & Page Rank GOV/EDU links then with some social Signals and at last with some SAPE links will it effect my Money Site ranking in a bad way in future ? Because these money sites i am talking about are actually Brand Websites & they are not churn & burn sites. So all i am looking for is long term rankings with a very less risk of getting Penalized or anything.

5- What kind of TLD's i must focus on when buying a domain name for PBN ?

Don't host 2 sites on the same host. Forget about class C IP's. Brand new domains take ages to bring up to speed.

There is no problem in hosting 1000 sites under a same IP. The problem is many of those sites linking to a target site - then it raises flags.

So i am looking at 1 Domain+1 Web Hosting ?

Exactly you are looking for 1 Domain 1 Ip and make sure your neighborhood is safe as well, cause when you make pbn most of us go for cheap hosting right? But we forget that others who are looking to make pbn are doing the same thing so it's already bad!! Make sure you hosting is good, you can buy any TLD(.com is the best ) as long as they are good and not penalized & also relevant to your niche, Yeah when going for expired Moz trust flow , Trust rank , Citation Flow, PA , DA check everything and mostly the spamming ! So where to find a hosting the provide 10+ IPs i wouldn't like to go from hosting to hosting ???

My own experience
First Index 80% all PBN to G B Y
Second Rank 1 keyword first page #1 to #10 G B Y
Third Receive almost 1 hit from G B Y

I do not agree...
I know a network "100" domains in the same Host - DNS - Niche . at least 20 domains link to the money site #1 Spot in google for 100 HighCKeywords
I firmly believe that a site looks real, has good juice links and getting traffic from search engines is ready to link where you want.
Obviously very low OBL

You can easily host more PBN domains on same shared host, you just need to look how many sites are hosted under same IP http://reverseip.domaintools.com
If you are paranoid go for 1 hosting for 1 domain.

I don't use seos hosting. Google can catch them easy. I have a little PBN in banahosting in the same Ip and I haven't got any problem.

I belive risk factor is same everywhere, it is all about being under the radar and not getting caught. You can find numerous ways to cover your footprints like not using the same plugins, themes or configurations in all the sites.
