PBN posts are not being indexed

My PBN post is not indexed by Google, but the post has been sticky pasted on the homepage of the PBN website, and the anchor text in the post is displayed on the homepage content of the website. Meanwhile, the PBN website has been shown in GSC. Does this mean that the PBN has been effective?

This is specifically the magic of PBN homepage links.

Just the presence of the link on the home can be like 10 times faster than a regular guest post, hence it's completely normal than individual posts don't show up on the index (specially because you are not force indexing them through sitemap/GSC I hope). Homepage will be crawled almost everyday, but subposts won't (depending on the rep of the page)

Although the post is not indexed, but the anchor text link above the post is already on the home page, and the home page is indexed fine, then this PBN will work, right?
 
Just adding sticky to the article won't help in indexing. It depends upon the quality of the article. Make sure that the article is handwritten and 100% unique. If needed update the article and request indexing in search console. Also, build some backlinks to your articles. If the article is recently published, give more time. Google will take some time to crawl and index the new articles.

Yes, articles are handwritten.
Articles are not indexed, I just sticky-pasted the post on the front page of the PBN website, which is already displayed in GSC.
Does it mean that the PBN has started to work?

Obviously, If the home page is already indexed and the anchor text and target URL are present on the home page itself, It will pass the link juice for sure.
 
When your post is sticky on the homepage of the PBN website will works. If it’s still not indexed, you maybe posted it short time. On average, it takes a bit of time to get indexed. So, just be patient, it will happen eventually. Once it does, it will have an additional effect.
 
Although it is encouraging to see the post being prominently displayed on the homepage and indexed in Google Search Console (GSC), it is crucial to remember that Google's algorithms are intricate and continuously changing.
