I have just bought registered and installed wordpress on my expired domain.
When is the good time to start posting articles?

Straight away. Built it up as a regular site. Wait with linking to your money site though.

According to this article you should wait atleast 38 days before putting link.
 
What about post indexing?
Do I have to wait for google to index posts or do it by myself?
 
I've told you already to let it index naturally.
 
Is it necessary to link PBN site?
Or its already got the "juice" ?
 
The entire point of setting up a PBN from expired domains is that it already has some authority / power and you don't need to be doing any more backlinks to them, otherwise you would just start off with fresh domains.
 
just start right away and create a sitemap that you submit to google later, then it will be indexed soon.
 
If the domain is good then it should be indexed within 3 days. I had situations where domain was indexed even without content in 2-3 days if it is not spammed or banned.

Add some content, start working on it, create About us, Contact, Privacy pages and add some content - it should be indexed within 3 days.
Do not submit your sitemap to Google coz this means you have to create GSC account which you don't want to do.

Be patient and wait 3 days minimum.
 
Use unique content for a post, Good hosting service, I feel much comfortable with multiple clouds hosting Avoid bad backlinks, Don't use another language content.
 
The most important thing is that you manually check the backlinks. Use or write your own Content. you need to setup hosting so you can get your website live.

You can create the outbound money site links later but building the site can be instant.
 
Personally I think 30 days is fine, what's the difference in 38 vs 30? Nothing really. I shoot for 30 days before adding links but if I need to use the domain beforehand -- whatever no big deal. May just take a bit longer for the link to have maximum impact.
 
Build basic pages, let it index. It is not really mandatory to put articles right away, so just go with ur pace. Of course, the slower you go, the slower you rank for it (what is there to rank if there is no content, right?)
 
Just dont build 1000s of pages within a day. :P
But yah. Go ahead and start writing/posting.
