301 is too much risky now a days if don't know very well what you doing & also not pass link juice as before.

According To John Muller Google Start Considering Mass 301 redirects of many or all of your old internal pages to your home page as soft 404s. Which means, essentially, Google ignore those redirects, not pass the link juice and signals from the old pages to the new page

So i understand with redirect 301 power are pass only with homepage, if there is a lot internal pages - moving does not make sense?

I think it was discussed many times here - PBN is a better option. And you can use cheap 1$ hosts to host your PBN so it isn't even expensive.
example if i have domain with RD 500 with great anchor brand naked etc , how many links with my anchor do i need ? 10 ? 50 ? just approx

Brand and naked anchor text are fine, you mainly have to dilute the none niche related anchor text.
With 500 RD you would need at least 100-200 new links depending on the anchor text profile.
You can use cheap links like blog comments, web 2.0s, and social bookmarks to keep the cost down.

If the history of a domain isn't related to the niche of your money site, then make it related. Any niche can be morphed into another. To help with this, make sure to add supporting silo type smaller articles on your PBN that internally link into your post which links out to your money site. Create your own relevancy on your PBN's.

I did a 301 on a domain recently, it was exactly the same niche and just did a registrar 301, the links show up in GWT so I guess it worked ok?
