i heard this fuss about pbn so i decided to make my own pbn with less bucks.started xenu method and fond some domains. my plan is to put about 4k-6k unique content(niched related) on each domain and than start to put my articles for money site - 700-1000 words.

now,i heard a lot about metrics majestic/DA etc that can be manipulated so im only looking to link profile using ahrefs.
basing on your experience, are those domains that are worth registering?most of them are having quality gov/edu backlinks but only few links.like 1-2.

1) .com domain (mispelled domain) - a single pr5 backlink from edu china domain. (pr 6 domain. DA 70, legit school) - 4 external links on that page -

2) .com domain - 2 backlinks from fda.gov(pr8 domain) + one link from drugs.com nofollow(pr7 domain) - 10-15 external links on both. the links from this 2 authority domains are reports for bad products. hope that the domain is not seo affected by this kinf of complains links from authority domains.

3) .com domain - 2 backlinks. both pr4 page. obl 8-10. one from gov legit domain(pr5 and DA 63) and the other one from niche domain (PR6. DA 45 legit)

anyway.i have more domains like that. some with a single link from huffingtonpost or single link from other great domain and i dont know if they worth registering because are only few links. based on your experience which one of this above domains are good for a pbn?

They will help, but with 1-2 links they aren't worth it most of the time. I'd suggest you go for minimum of 20 referring domains, and some authority/gov/edu/PR links to them. If a page on an authority site was worth any PR a year ago(when the last update happened), chances are it's still worth at least the PR it already has.

I can see that links from authority domains and from the same niche are most often better than these cnn.com, huffington etc. doms!

It's not just about the links a domain has, you have to see if they will "stick".

Often from .gov and .edu domains these pages are updated rather frequently and this link will disappear pretty quickly.

You want to find strong links from pages that look like they won't be updated or have been forgotten about (ie old blog post, archives etc).

I'd go for these domains. 1 link from legit PR5 page is worth more than 20 other ref domains that have the value and link power of jack and shit.

the links will stick on all domains I analyzed. posts are from 2008-20010.if they stick untill now they will stick forever probably.

yes thats what im thinking too but i wanted to make sure if i am the only one who is thinking that way.

Without analysing those domains individually, it'd be hard to answer your questions. Anyway, the most important thing is to make sure they don't have spammy link profiles.

which domains?i already analyzed the domains.what do you need more?or you are reffering to the root domain/page analysis where the backlink come from?

Your attitude is great, you should not look at metrics and just check the backlink profile, however I won't waste time on registering and setting up a blog just because it has 1 autorithy backlink. I will mostly look for atleast 8-10, I guess it doesn't worth the time going for less.

Find a good domain needs a lot of skills and experience.

Part of what you should look out for is fake PR, analyze the backlink profile for links from quality source.

You also need to ensure the domain has not been penalized, i also love to go over the history of the domain using wayback machine.

Those domains looks good. Just make sure to throw them in Wayback Machine and see if they were used as PBN or are full of chinese spam. Which happens very often with the xenu method :)

What's a cleaner method to do it? Do you know one you can share?
