I was reading on the Internet a guide that says I should wait at least 36 days to link to my Moneysite from the PBN .. is that real ? because I never done that before

yes from an expired deleted PBN, this is what this test was about; expired auctioned domains you do not need to wait.

So If i have an expired domain I should wait 36 days and than I can link to my Site.. I still can't understand why? Do you have idea?

Picking up an expired domain and then immediately linking out to various sites from it can be a footprint.
