correct me if i am wrong but isn't this true, once your purchased post rolls of homepage it lands on fresh page with no backlink profile so no juice to give away.

Yes, but you can build tier 2 and 3 links to the internal page and make it stronger.

You are wrong. Generally. But it depends on the donor site. If it's strong enough, it doesn't matter. If it's weak PBN, maybe you should better stick to homepages.
