Those can be faked. Actually caught one, managed to find the website as they had not covered everything in Paint. Guess what, that site had never bought any backlinks according to ahrefs.com... So I don't trust them.
Anyway. I find it strange you can buy 30 links, which should be enough to rank on most keywords, and only see small improvements. 30 links from unique domains is what a real site might acquire in a lifetime.

I used Sarkar service once. My target KW was easy and my website was stuck at page 8 (with 0 backlinks).
My site increase the ranking really hard and I hit the bottom of page 3...
And then after a week it came back to page 8. Now the ranking doesn't increase anymore from months. Really sucks.

I don't like name calling, so I will keep it short. You ought to think of PBN as a privately owned property, just like your website. In case you cannot create your own PBN with all the guides available on BHW, you should buy it from reputed members of your choice with best reviews.

suggest for you to make your own PBN. it is time consuming, but well worth it.

I've found everyone's product is a little different, it is understanding the offer and what you are getting out of the links they are building. Are they using handwritten content, what are the metrics of the sites they are posting on. How many outbound links are on the page or homepage. Are you using your exact desired anchor text or are branding. Guess it depends, I would make sure you thoroughly read any of the offers and ask the seller questions. Usually, I find if I ask questions, I learn a lot more than expected about the offering. Anyways, best of luck - Hambone

I am going right now to the Marketplace in order to purchase mentioned service I would propose you to build your own PBN, it is not that difficult and at least you are managing the content in full extent, so you do not need to worry in what neighborhood your links are sitting...
If you want to buy some links, go for quality. Low quality PBN's will have little-to-no effect on your rankings.

I have bought enough here to tell with confidence that most of them are not going to move you one spot. So far couple of them have been good that was very rare.
I am actually kind of torn because building a network is a huge and slow process but buying quality links HERE atleast is a waste.

I have bought PBN links from different seller here, most of them work to increase my serp but it is not a long time, most of PBN sites i bought from them are de-index in several month, the seller who give you link report with their PBN sites having a high risk to get de-index very fast.

There are serviecs here at the marketplace that are worth using, but without any further addo... 90% of them are utter shit (sorry if I hurt someone) and you should really do your due dilligence before purchasing. Asking for samples is the least you should do before ordering.
