PBN links after googles update

Is it just me or is the google dance even heavier after googles latest update?

For example: I make three PBN (private) backlinks and all keywords drop for 10-20 positions. Then after one months the keywords are coming back in a higher position.

This has been hapenning even before the update. Obligatory drop and then obligatory jump. However, these days it seems that the time between drops and jumps takes longer. Take it super super slow with link building if you are working on long-term projects. With every Google update, I gain +1 point to "patience" ability.

Yes, I know there was a Google Dance before the update, but it didn't seem that heavy for just a few links. The way I make backlinks on the PBN is same with 2-12 months ago, but the process & result is different now. Takes longer and is heavier.

Seems like they totally want to confuse and scare people who are doing Link-Building. When I just make normal web 2.0s I don't see such a big google dance, but for PBNs/Strong links it seems totally different.

PBN's are still the holy grail of links if the PBN network is high quality, which more often than not they aren't high quality.

I've been using PBN's since before PBN's were a thing, I also have several PBN's myself that are well over 500+ sites each. The biggest problem is managing the entire PBN, keeping it off the radar, fixing constantly hacked sites as a result of utilizing a couple hundred budget hosts and obviously high quality content.

Moral of the story is if the PBN is quality then it can withstand any update.

Definitely it takes longer if you build too many links too fast. Go slow and the dance is better controlled though the time taken may or may not be longer. From what I have seen the dance Ian just random and is wild enough when the niche is competitive, may be also because others on SERPs are also building links the same way you do.
