PBN- Link from Homepage or Internal Page?

Depends. My logic is, a homepage link is more powerful than an internal page because people generally link directly to the homepage of a website. When a link is on an inner page it is another 'hop' away from the main source of link-juice which is likely the homepage.
However my course of action depends on how I've themed my blog. If all of your posts are featured entirely on the homepage and they vary wildly in topic, when the good old Google crawler comes, it sees a page full of unrelated content that has no central theme which in my opinion is bad and creates potentially a red flag for further investigation. Remember, the aim is to fly below the radar, so low that your nipples graze the floor.
While that image is fresh in your mind...if however you're linking to 5 sites about knitting a nice hat for your grandma, then why not link from the homepage, it all looks kosher.

Mix it up. Break your network down into smaller networks with different specifications like: home page, inner page only, roll off the homepage links, built out MNS type sites with pages, rebuilt sites from archive.org, mixed theme (combine your theme to the previous theme of the blog), html sites, etc.
Be creative and just don't do the same thing for every site in your PBN. Generally, you'll want to reserve the homepage style PBN sites for your stronger domains.

I see lots of PBNS with all their posts on the homepage. My question is do all those posts with links in them get recognized as homepage links being they are on the homepage? Also if they do count as homepage links, do the links HAVE to be visually seen (whole post can be read from homepage) or it doesn't matter? (you see a paragraph of each post and then it says "read more" and you can't see the links)

I thing to homepage will be powerfull better to internal page. But somtimes we must make that to internal page too. So that willl be naturally

You could do both, if you are using wordpress and you get a link in a post, you would automatically have a homepage as well as an internal link.

I don't like to link from my PBN homepage to my money site. I would much rather use an internal page, even though it might have less juice.

The homepage will generally provide you with much more juice than an inner page. I generally tend to use home page links.

If you want link from an internal page, then you dont need a PBN. Just buy a guest post for 1 - 2$. If you build a PBN, then use the page with the highest TF/PA to put your money link.. If you take care of footprints, then nothing will happen, because 99% of all websites in the world have links in the index page, so this point is not a footprint..

Homepage links are more powerfull then inner pages/post but if you are working on a long term project i suggest to diversify your pbn by type of links (homepage, inner pages , posts , links on category pages) and try to use different cms wordpress , joomla, drupal, html this will save you from getting caught by big G.

It's better to use both for diversity but normally I just use homepage because the links are stronger.
