From where your PBN gets the most no. of links. Most of the time its Homepage where maximum no. of links pointing and passes the link juice.

You can Link your MoneySite with the Blog. It'll be better for your SEO.

The homepage will probably give more power, but is also more suspect if you are looking to hide what that link is.

True, never hide your links with some pseduo links or 301 redirect all the time. It may harm your seo

Generally Homepage passes more power. But make sure there are less OBL.

Both linking is good, but compare with homepage and blog means homepage only give more power than blog page.
