PBN, guest posting which one is better now for backlink build now？

question 1: I have a small to medium business website. If i do PBN, how many should i do?
question 2: Some as above, For a new webpage, how many guest posting should I post to rank for keywords? if they are all high quality paid post.

Both serves good.
Quantity of links depends on your metrics quality and budget you are spending on.
Niche PBN of decent quality can go upto 10 to 20 links
Quality guest post links can go as much as possible - as it never hurts your site (if done quality ones)

To increase your traffic & Authority, you can do Guest Post and PBN on a monthly basis!

It is not based on the number , it is on the consistency of building links based on your keyword and competitor!
 
I would suggest you try diversified pack along with both links and make sure you have perfect keywords short listed based on search volume and competition.

Both have huge benefits mate , but pbns for sure as its blackhat and acts as quicks as can !

It depends on the competition of the keyword, quality of the content, on page structure etc. Also, both the PBNs and the guest posts works well. There are no exact numbers. Just keep publishing the lot of articles and build high quality links with the proper anchor diversification.
 
1: don't mess with PBNs so many. Google is very watchful these days it will catch you. Focus more on legal link building as such guest posts it's much safer.
2: there is no magic number, buddy. it depends on competition and keyword difficulty. Start with a few, watch the rankings and adjust as needed.
