My agency is still relatively small (Most of our clients are small to medium businesses with not too much keyword competition who are trying to rank for geo-branded keywords like "carpet cleaning portland OR") and we have 5 SEO team members currently. We have a blog network that has been built up over a few years that is kind of sloppy and has hosting/domains/documentation all over the place, and I'm in the process of cleaning everything up and making sure we follow the best practices going forward. We definitely want to leverage our network to take our clients who are having difficulty ranking on page 1-2 and boosting them slowly with links as needed. Many of our clients rank decently with organic tactics and we are just trying to give them that extra nudge.

Again, thank you everyone for the discussions, this has been very good. If anyone is open to me adding them on Skype to talk about SEO/PBNs in the future, I would very much appreciate it.

#Host them on various premium shared hosts, like hostgator buehost justhost etc, here you can pick 2/3 shared hosting accounts from each provider if they give you different class IP
#Avoid any SEO hosting service
#Don't give more than 50 links to any domain from this network
#Dont link out to more than 15 domains from the whol'e of network, basically each domain should have only 15 OBLs from it and not just homepage OBL but domain OBL
#Don't build backlinks to your posts on these domains, let google crawl then naturally
#If possible, change hosts for each domain once in a year along with domain renewal
#Post handwritten content, no spun stuff
#Don't interlink PBN domains
#Redirect 404 to homepage, risky but required
#Post content without links
