Good day all,

There are two things I'm a bit unsure about when it comes to PBN building.

  1. Many domains have links from strong root domains (TF 40+, high PR & PA) but the inner pages that contain the actual backlinks are pretty weak. Is this an issue or are the domains still strong?
  2. Isn't the registration date of the domains an enormous footprint? Even if I register just a few per day and link out to authority sites first, it still doesn't look very natural to get 50 backlinks from domains all registered in a 10-20 days timespan.
Thanks in advance.

1. It probably means domains are strong. You would need to know how to analyze domain, don't just use majestic, you need to know how to do it. Nobody can't tell you if domain is strong without looking on that domain. It all depends, but sometimes strong domain are banned from google, because previous owner didn't used it in a good way,so chances are that if it was expired 10 days ago or more, that it will be no index on google. Sometimes when you buy it it will be indexed again, and maybe it won't you won't know until you buy it.

2. No,its not a footprint. If you are using diversity services as well, and keep your pbn safe, there is just no way google will be able to take that as a footprint. Most of pbn owners keep buying domains all year around,so there is no reason to have a red flag with this. Be careful with other things, because there are small things that can be footprint, unless you learn a lot about pbns

I'm not getting any newly dropped domains so most of my domains will be deindexed (Google deindexes dead URLs) but when the history (Wayback Machine) and the links of the domain are clean that shouldn't be a problem.

I know that I can't rely on metrics when it comes to finding PBN domains and I check all domains manually with Ahrefs. I was just wondering if weak editorial inner pages on strong domains pass a lot of link juice.

I'll keep that in mind, thanks.

Obviously if the inner pages are well SEO'd then they will likely pass more juice but ultimately links from strong domains should be good. I would stay away from building just homepage links as that could look dodgy and form a strong footprint over time.

If you are looking for domains for more than just a few days then the registration dates will naturally be spread out, as SEOEntrepreneur stated.

I'm not talking about the PBN sites, but the links pointing to the PBN sites. I mean the backlinks to the domains I want to use for my PBN are on weak inner pages of strong domains.

I'm planning to build 25 to 30 sites to start with and add a bunch of sites every month. Should be good then?
