PBN domain with backlinks in .PDF

I found a rather powerful expired domain, however 95% strong links do not go to the home, go to some PDF files.

Will this domain serve me as PBN in the future?

Well if u point 404 to homepage i guess they can pass some juice.

I think so, there's 3 way.

1. Redirect all link to homepage
2. Redirect all link to buffer page Within that domain then in that page inter link to your targeted page
3. Build old pdf link with same structure and add your content and link to the pdf
