PBN Domain To Money Site?

So I found this PBN domain on a site that helps you find PBN domains...so the metrics were really good. TF, CF 20+ PA DA 30+ and PR3. Now, the niche previously is outdoor, my niche in general is outdoor but very different topic. Could I rebrand this to my niche to what I want to rank for and rank for my keywords, this leading to be my money site? Will google like it? Will the backlinks screw it up? Should I get this domain??


Will it be risky?

Check archive, if it wasn't used as a PBN domain in the past you could try posting 1-2 articles on it and see if it gets indexed. Normally this wouldn't be a problem if you've checked the backlinks and they are consistent with a business or spammed to death.

I haven't had any problems in resurrecting deindexed expired domains and using them either as 301s or money sites.

I'll just chime in and say generally the PBN itself is not usually used to rank in search engines. It's simply used to pass the link juice along to your money site. Theoretically your PBN can rank, and you can pass those visitors along. But there will be some sort of drop off from people who don't click your link etc.

You could repurpose or resurrect the domain and then insert your link or just add a new piece of content that focuses on your topic.
