Hi,

Started to build my own PBN and I bought two domains from GoDaddy I think. I used a fake ID and now they are requesting
  • Current Government-Issued Identification for Payment Method Owner

Basically, have I lost my domain?

No. You give your license. Then tell them the fake ID is a clients website. They will reinstate the domains after you show the license.
Just keep doing it and showing anytime they ask. If they act rude in any sort of way tell them you do it for security to lower the blow if your business was hacked. They don't care.

Yes, they are hardly bothered except for CC fraud. They are not interested in what you do with domain or domain ownership, but they are wary of any CC fraud on their platform. So yes, send them the documents once for all and they should remove the block.

They want card ID for payment owner, not for domain owner.

Registrars don't care if domain contacts contain bogus data as long as e-mails arrive...but they care for valid customer and billing data because it ensures they are getting their money. So send them the ID and all is fine.

godaddy is a business. They want to make money. They will happily take your money as long as they dont get problems from it (fraud).
