For expired domain, some backlinks are linked to some specific page.

For example, www.pbn.com/abc.html

should I make abc.html?

Go archive.org and rebuild the old layout. That will solve your problem.

I would tell you to 301 redirect the old pages to new, similar pages, but I like the archive.org/rebuild idea.
