We have a client that operates a small series of travel websites in the UK focused on Spain. One of the challenges they have discovered is finding writers that can consistently post and rewrite content for their websites. In addition the SEO landscape is changing with various emphasis, snippets, Q&A, maps, etc etc. So with any of these Google updates its often the case that they need to seek new writers that
can incorporate these new strategies but what usually happens is the content quality fluctuates.
They are interested in taking these websites to the next level with a combination of real content, auto blog content and utilizing AI content spinners. The main "money" website currently has real content and around 17 blogs that we have help create over the past year. We were posting a couple of blogs a month. So its somewhat stale on the content side but the domain has a couple of their targeted keywords. Currently the blog has real content, NAP info, quality theme, photos, and this makes the blog looks legit.
Here's a basic outline of our game plan
1) On the existing WP blog we'll setup a plugin like CTRify. We like it because it can pull AI Questions and Answers which are very common in the travel niche. Also with this plugin we can search for low comp. keywords and start pulling into the website. However I dont believe the quality is 100% so we would need a human editor to go over the content and fix any grammar mistakes.
2) Using the CTRify plugin or other similar content we'll import, review and drip. This could be national publications like the new york times, cbs, but deal with the city we are targeting.
3) We'll use a high quality auto blogging software and just pull legit non spun content from various blogs and provide credit back - this is just filler and beef up the website and adds to the freshness.
As we mentioned earlier the plan is to add a combination of human content while we execute the plan on the auto AI content development & drip.
Also we want to slow walk the content generation to about 1-2 articles a week. We dont want to post 40 a day as we think it'll be a red flag and might get us into trouble.
So after a week of we'll bump it to 1 post a day for a week. Then 2 a day for a two weeks. Then steadily move up the page count.
This is about it... would love your feedback and if you have done this and would like to provide your assistance we would love to speak with you.
Again this not fly by night or churn and burn these are real businesses with customers.
Also on the plugin and services let me know your thoughts on the ones we mentioned and please recommend any you are currently use!
I terms of pay was thinking we can do a flat fee to setup everything and then a hourly fee to update and manual edit content.
