PBN basic question

Have a question regarding understanding how it is better to buy domains for PBN.

Let us take Godaddy as example.

While you are buying domains under multiple accounts (under different names) of Godaddy, do you use the same IP and do you use the same credit card or Paypal?

Use PayPal and as for the IPs, I wouldn't say it's necessary, but if you have some lying around, do it.

Better using different registrars then you don't have to worry about payment details or IP address.

There are 2 ways to do this.

Either use fake details, where it's a good idea to have every single domain on a different account. Use as many registrars as you can and feel free to use the same Paypal, that's not a footprint.
Or you can use whois privacy. In that case, you can have even multiple domains on the same account, since Google cannot see who has registered the domain if it has privacy enabled. Unless of course, there is some conspiracy going on, but let's not be paranoid.

Different accounts are not necessary with Godaddy. Godaddy is so fucking huge there is no way you can leave a footprint there. Simply change the contact details to a fake name for each domain. It's the hosting where you have to be concerned. You need a separate hosting account for each domain. It is preferable that you use the fake name details to register the hosting account and Paypal is absolutely necessary because otherwise the fake name will not match the credit card. Some hosts will flag you for not having the same IP as the address on the fake name account. Move on to another host or call them and explain that it is a client account and you are the webmaster. Avoid these hosts. Network Solution, Dot easy and 24/7. Footprints through a leak in their data. Don't use SEO hosting either

Go for different registrars instead of different accounts on same registrar. Its more easy and less hassle.

I dont think the IP at domain service is a challenge, just use hidden information on whois and point to different hosting server or you can use mid-point service like cloudfare to manage DNS.

Dear, it doesn't matter if you use the same credit card, paypal, as long as you do the right things as follow:
1. Never buy too man domains on the same date
2. Always mask PBNs (if you purchase PBN under 1 registrar accout, please buy more whois privacy for all domains, if you purchase PBN under different accounts, don't need to buy whois policy)
3. Never use any tools/system that manage your PBN system, that's footprint for Google to detect
