Sorry to hear that. But Payza/alert is a big scam. Payza is former alert pay. before Payza Alertpay had their assets so called frozen as well and alot of members lost their money. Before Alertpay there was another name but i forgot like around 2008 2009 but same thing happen frozen funds. The company before alert pay most members such as I used it for HYIP(High Yield Investment Programs=ponzis) such as this one [CODEhttps:/12daysofxmas.net[/CODE] pays 12% a day on initial funds invested. The thing is they are a scam, they will pay members usually the first to get in but eventually they will shut down, it is like a game, like playing at the casino. I started out with like $100 in 2008 and turned it into 6k within 6 months and I lost 2k in the process, but it wasnt my money it was my profit
Ok I remember the name before alert pay it was called STORMPAY, I lost alot with Stormpay.
So there was Stormpay who got accounts frozen and got so called raided, then alertpay took over Stormpay who got accounts frozen so called raid then Payza took over alertpay now the same thing happening
Owners are the biggest scammers who live offshore. What everyone believe is those companies took members money on purpose, then they change the names and do it again.
Be careful with those payment processors, best thing to do is not keep money in there and move it out asap. personally me, I'm not letting any processor hold my money unless they are federal insured
They also have e-gold.com which is similar to bitcoin
