Payza Question

Can someone tell me the difference between the two? Long story short I can't use Paypal as of now.

I tried adding my Debit Card to Payza and it said I couldn't. Can you not add Debit Cards? I contacted their customer support and they said to double check everything and I did

Any body here sells or verifies payza accounts ?
