I got a few payments from my website but on the

Recent Transactions

it shows on hold
And i have a frozen funds balance

What does this mean

Damn I just changed payment processor because PayPal is going to limit my account. And now you're telling me Payza is the same?! :S I don't hope so, I like Paya very much so far.

Try contacting their support and ask them what is the problem. They should respond you in a few hours. Maybe you did something agains their TOS?

Alertpay or Payza is much more reasonable, or at least they used to be, so talk to them about what the issue is.

Payza or Alertpay is sucks! Useless Crappy Payment processor i have ever seen.

True that.
They used to be that lenient payment processor and now god knows whats gotten into their minds.
They have "temporarily" stopped all modes of withdrawal to my country except bank wire.
And with charges like that, I'll prefer to let my money rot in Payza than to withdraw and get most of the chunk burn in fees and shit.

Coming to your problem, you should contact them immediately.
Let us know how it goes.

Ok did they just frezen your funds out of the blue or did you guys did something worong?
I'd like to know because I use them a lot, but in small amounts at this time.

They frozen my account today.
Anyone know will they release money back to account or will they scam it, please?

Perhaps it means Payza was Alert Pay, wonder why the name change?
Look at "Face Book" there are hundreds of posts crying out for support
to answer their requests for answers, I'm one of the hundreds.

Got 9k frozen wow hate them.

Sounds like no payment processor is reliable once you start bringing in big money on a regular. The avg person still doesn't understand IM so some guy getting 9K from a company doing something they don't understand is a red flag. "People can't really work at home and make 6 or 7 figures can they!?" :p

Doesn't anyone know a paypal alternative who they've never had a problem with, accepts paypal payments AND PAYS OUT QUICKLY? I have 2checkout.com and the payment lag time sucks.

I was just about to start using Payza. This isn't good news to me.

A really sad development, as it appears Payza (whatever or whomever they are) has come in, taken over, and made horrid changes to what was a more friendly processor. They must also be more sensitive about US laws, since they are isolating the US accounts from the international ones. It was possible to do clean bridges of money transfers between Paypal and Alertpay, using the same bank. As in, withdraw from PP to bank (instant), then load funds to AP from that bank or bank card (a few days) or vice versa. Did AP/Payza find out about that and seek to shut it down?

Maybe that's the main reason of the brand change. They will be stricter this time.

How much I am angry at paypal, at least paypal return money after 180 days. What about payza? If they don't return money after 180 days, they're worst than paypal.
