Payza a scam?

Yes you're right Payza is Alertpay, they just changed their name. It's 150% legit i have been using them for a few month's and have done around $1,000 in transactions with them.

Hey guys curious to know what the thoughts are on Payza? It seams like they write there own reviews online. I want to use this for my online store because paypal is the devil. Thoughts?

I work in one of the banks used by Payza and we get emails from their clients daily with issues of not being able to get hold of anyone and their funds going missing. Payza isn't a scam but clearly isn't run well and/or they have no idea what they are doing!

If Paypal is the devil, Payza is the Father of the devil.
They are 46 days into not replying to where my certified check for $505.00 is, no reply.

i agree that support sucks.....

Hello folks,.....wondering as well if Payza is gone off,......i withdrew money from the Payza system, to my verified USA bank account and nothing,....no money, has been deposited.I only set up the account with Payza because I was requested to as a means to transfer funds easier for another friend, who had been using the system,....i have never had funds go missing to my verified accounts wit Paypal,...ever,......in over 12 years using Paypal,....
I Also read a thread that said that Payza was easy to reach,...no chance,..numbers ring out or not at all at present.Email sent or "ticket" no response,...

Recently Payza sent an email saying that some funds were delayed becasue some account numbers were not correct or something like that,.....mine was correct and verified,...still no $$$'s.I believe them to be using blanket excuses now,.......

I also would like to know how a verified account can have funds rerouted from it, to another account (which seems to be the case here) after you have withdrawn the cleared funds,.....there should be no electronic blockage in the way of me receiving the funds unless it has been done on purpose,...can someone help here ?: It has been 2 weeks since withdraw commenced,..

I heard their bank wires and transfers can take up to weeks! That is nuts but I hear they are good but very delayed with the money!

It isn't as convenient as Paypal but the reason they were so convenient was so they can screw you over at ANY given period. Payza used to be AlertPay, which was a nice alternative. I however, prefer Moneybookers or "Skrill".

I also think it is legit. I got an account with it but without effective use yet.

Great to know that ppl are seeing Paypal as devil maybe this shows that soon it will be dead.:)

I would recommend you not to use Payza. you should leave them for the sake of your own good.
I've been their customer since 2008. At that time it was named "AlertPay". They had been running into crises and they stopped processing credit cards. I am no longer their customer.
They are highly liniment about their policies regarding account opening application approval BUT here are the noteworthy points:
1] I ordered their prepaid credit card and never received it. They took $20 pre-paid credit card application+shipment fee from our ( Alertpay members) accounts.
They did this to most of their members and gave them the following reason after 2 months of deducting $20:
"Your prepaid credit card was shipped and we acknowledge that you received it. We request you activate it now in your account settings". When customers asked that they didn't get their credit cards, their staff didn't reply at all.
2] They can be used only for online transfer of money (making online payments to the companies which accept Payza).
3] Withdrawing money from Payza in anyway is a real pain in the A** because they took too long. You'll receive cash often after 1+1/2 month of your request.
4] Customer service staff is 60% Indians and 40% Pakistanis. Further, they don't reply always.
Stay away from two companies who are not reliable at all and you can search on the internet and will see it is true!
One is Payza (old name AlertPay) and another is Plimus.

I highly recommend you to go for the following companies for your online business:

1] Verotel (processes all kinds of products including adult)

2] 2Checkout (Excellent. Don't process payments for adult products)

3] If you would like to use e-money then go for okpay. They are best for handling e-money/digital money.

For indians they have started bank transfer (NEFT) service but with a cost of 270 per transfer and higher. I think payza is attempt from alertpay to compete with paypal. I don't think they will get it unless they give some compensation in terms of fees for business and premier accounts.

Its totally legit. I've been using Alertpay(which is now Payza) for years without any issues. And they have a great support team. I used to get replies to my support tickets within 24 hours, while once, believe it or not, it took over 3 months with Paypal.

Yes Alertpay is now Payza. They are Legit one. They are fast in solving any issue.

I have no problems loading and withdrawing funds from them. Seems legit to me.

I ve uesd them for 2 years. Tech support do not answer support issues with relevant fixes, After receiving many of the notices to tickets submitted.. I resolved the issue myself.

Thank you for contacting Payza! This is an automated response confirming the receipt of your ticket. One of our staff will get back to you as soon as possible.

Please note that we are currently experiencing a higher than usual volume of customer support email and phone call inquiries, which has been a result of the phenomenal growth in our business recently. As a result of these increased volumes, it is likely you may experience a longer than normal delay in receiving a reply from us, for which we sincerely apologize. We are currently increasing our staffing levels to adjust to this increase in demand and to be able to consistently achieve our excellent service levels once again. Please be assured that your inquiry will be addressed as soon as possible. We kindly ask that you do not resubmit your support ticket request multiple times, as this may result in further delays to respond to your inquiry.

For your records, the details of the ticket are listed below. When replying, please make sure that the ticket ID is kept in the subject line to ensure that your replies are tracked appropriately.

You have to charge up the Payza account, verses it automatically charging your credit card..Thus they have your cash to use as they like while you pay for what you need to pay for.
Other than this its ok
