I see a new gateway in a website where to add funds you have to scand the QR CODE & make payment after that you have to put transaction id & amount & you will see the balance in the website how is that possible how to setup like that ?

what if i'm using phone? how can i scan QR code of website which is open on my phone browser?

Download image & put that image in code there is a option to select image it will automatically scan it
 
You can enquire this a paytm merchant support, you will get all information and do post it to thread so other can also understand it.

I don't think they know much about this i can't find this anywhere in google
 
is there anything called, paytm payment link generator?
or can you generated payment link.
