there is virvox you can do this but they take huge fees , withdraw to skrill only or btc

I tried opskins.com buy and sell money cards with 0.1% loss, but deposit, sell fee, withdraw fee is like 30% total, plus currency exchange, it's a ripoff. I need to know if I can put PSC into gambling site like Bwin or Pokerstars, gamble 1$ then cashout all the money .

What if you use steam? Deposit it to steam buy csgo skins and sell them for whatever you want at trustworthy sites?

was thinking about this, but most sites sell skins at 15-25 % discount allready. Meaning you buy em at full price at steam then sell it for 25% less. That's my problem, I can layoff PSC but I want it under 5% margin.

You cannot do that. The entire amount has to be wagered at least 1x. All books do that to prevent money laundering.
Where are you from? Paysafecard itself offers a service to transfer PSCs to your bank Account. You need to register for it. For some countries this service does not exist.
There also is an option to deposit your PSCs to your Skrill or Neteller account, since it is actually the same company. Same here: some countries may be restricted.
