I have been dealing with this scam since the end of March. I didn't know about BHW back then and I needed a VCC to pay my Paypal subscription. I googled "paypal vcc" and paypalvbavcc.com was in the first page of search results. I contacted through live support and asked if a refund is possible if there is any problem with the their VCC. I thought the website was reliable since the website came high in the search results and also I was in a rush. So I agreed to pay 250 USD in BTC. In the website it says :
I waited but didn't received anything in 24 hours. I sent lots of emails telling that I have to pay for my Paypal subscriptions but there was no answer. I received the VCC number after four days and by that time my Paypal subscription was already cancelled. In his email he told me :
I thought maybe he or someone close to him got sick and that explains the delay. I said to myself It's ok I can understant that.
Later when I tried to add the VCC number to my Paypal I got an error message like this:
I sent an email telling about the situation and also contacted through skype but again no response. At that time when looking for a VCC I found BHW. I opened a topic about my problem here and was able to pay for a new subscription with the VCC I bought from a member here. But still I couldn't make any payments through the first VCC. I decided to try to use it to make a purchase from Iherb.com and to my surprise it worked and I was able to make a payment of 200 $. I was happy that my money didn't go waste afterall and perhaps the website owner got sick with the coronavirus so I didn't make any compliants.
A couple of days later when I tried to log in to my Iherb account I got an error message saying that my account was deactivated and I should contact support. When I did so they told me that credit card owner filed a chargeback. I didn't know what that was and when I searched I got into this:
So basically that guy went to his bank and told (lied) them that someone stole his credit card number and made a purchase without him knowing. So the bank cancelled my iherb payment and gave him his money back. As a result Iherb now thinks that I am a fraud so they deactivated my account. So it's obvious that the website owner isn't sick since he was able to go to his bank and file a chargeback for 200$. I sent him another email and told him to remove the chargeback or send me my 250 USD back but of course no reply.
I wanted to open a topic here about this disgusting guy so that hopefully if someone makes a google search they see this post first and not get scammed. Again the website is paypalvbavcc.com I am putting the email conversation here too.
