It could make things simpler if you posted a short review.

Its asking for an account name. So members here without an account on pp are unable to read it.

anyone wanna give little idea what this means

"4. involve the sales of products or services identified by government agencies to have a high likelihood of being fraudulent"

like selling some fake merchandise ?
