Hello,

just wanted to say that due to the fact that it's so easy to get your money back via Paypal (clicking on dispute) people subconsciously think that this is they normal way to go.

People nowadays don't even contact companies anymore but just click on "dispute" and that's it.

Paypal makes it way to easy for people to get their money back.

People treat the dispute function as a paypal feature that they can just use whenever they want. Do you even know how many businesses suffered from this? (limited paypal accounts because of chargebacks).

People actually buy something, get the service/product and then click on dispute in order to steal and paypal allows it.

Buyer's show their true faces these days. Greedy and Ruthless.

Don't come with customer is King.

Thats the truth, I had it happen this week. We sold an item on Ebay, the buyer filed a claim that the item was not as described and got their money back..
Now Im out the money and the item.
That makes no sense.

Well, you would support 'Dispute' facility when you are in the buyers end, and would be against it when we are in the Sellers end.

So its more like, be ethical, and hope others would be ethical too. In the end, Karma will play a role for sure.

Yeah I am suffered, I sell some non social media service. after 20 days will check my PP, Payment under placed and also chargeback initiated.

Paypal Only think about for Buyer side, Not think about seller side also.

Most of people using Paypal for sending money for service. even Paypal team also know it. but when chargeback initiated will call to customer support, they asking for Tracking details, how is possible to give tracking details for selling some service. when explain the real problem, but Paypal Not agreed.

I suffer $xx last month. Totally Madless TOS on Paypal.

I moved to BTC nowadays.

Yes, we know that, but paypal method payment is very popular. You can not sell anything if you don't accept paypal payment.

I had a legit business selling things on ebay, until the scammers hit me hard and even when I provided proof they used my product, they still got their money back, and the product was one time use that I had to pay for.

So, basically they tried to steal thousands of dollars from me. Contacted my bank and blocked paypal from taking my money, but they closed my account.

Hate it.

i only use paypal when i buy things now because of bad experiences
someone opened a dispute and paypal gave them the money back even though i provided full proof of delivering the service
on top of that the one time i got scammed buying something and disputing, paypal decided to not give me my money back and let the seller scam me
got tired of paypal after they put holds on my accounts and allowed me to get scammed, i also think that they have a bias towards people with verified accounts which is kind of understandable
