Wernt sure where to post this but I always woundered something about paypal chargebacks.

Lets say you have paypal A and paypal B.

You send money from paypal A to paypal B then you use paypal B to pay for a service or something to paypal C. What happens if paypal A charges back on paypal B and wins? Does the money sent from B to C get refunded? Or does paypal B just get minus money?

Account B goes into the red.

PayPal then dispatch a Hit Squad to the address of the account holder. Anybody found at the address is executed.

Don't think about scamming them.
 
B to C would not get refunded. B would be deducted the charge back amount and it would go to Account A.
 
I try that before... PayPal will sometime take in on their side but will check B & C accounts..
 
So say A and B are my accounts. On A I make a unauthorised dispute and don't reply on B so it gets charged back. So B would be in minus and C a random guy would be safe from the chargeback so I can techniquely get it for free then the money from A can be used to exchange into BTC let's say and transferred to account D also my account. Then I'll ditch account A and B and keep the Money I spent on the service. Get the service money back and the person providing the service still keeps the money so only PayPal is losing money?

I'm not goin to scam haha I'm just wondering I don't have it in to me to even do it just woundering as someone told me about it was just seeing if it worked :)
