hey,
i heard that a dispute will be closed after 20 days, so i'm wondering who will keep the money, the sender or the receiver ?

The one who file the dispute.
If one file a dispute and the other don't respond in the giving time, the dispute will closed and money will be giving to the person who opened the dispute.

i'm not the one who opened the dispute, but i did respond, now the case is being reviewed by Paypal.

so paypal is doing investigation right now. maybe it will ask for more information, documents, etc. Then paypal will make final decission

If it's really unfair then call them.. if you just try to scam and keep the money you will probably lose this dispute.

Its easy to scam people via paypal. If I'm the buyer and I open a dispute you will lose, if you don't have a real prof that you delivered the goods. Let say if you are selling me a facebook coupon, via paypal and I open a dispute you will loose 100%

But thnakls God most of the people i have done business online where nice.

Depends on the sales, if it was virtual or tangible goods.

If virtual, you can claim the buyer received the 'goods' and is trying to scam you.

What were you selling? I always told my clients to send me the money as a gift. That way they weren't able to dispute the money, but maybe things have changed.

It's easy to scam paypal for services only. For physical goods all you need is a photo or proof that you mailed the product and you'll be ok.

Actually i'm not selling anything, i am working with Revenyou (PPI network), and they have made a mistake and sent me my monthly payment twice,i did withdraw one payment to my credit card, and the other one is held by Paypal, now the network is saying that the second payment will be counted as next month payment. now i wont be paid for my earnings next month
