Paypal continually subjects your account to verification to confirm your identity, location, or contact info. The main things they want from a US account is to confirm a bank account and a card that is associated with you. In addition, they usually want the card to verify the address you listed in the account, and eventually may ask for a SSN/TIN the government assigned to your name.

If you don't have a functioning bank or card account to attach to the PP account (or can't because it's a stealth or pseudonym account), you'll have to get a virtual bank account and virtual credit card (VBA and VCC) that PP will accept to confirm/verify your account. Depending on how suspicious they are, you may have to perform other verifications. Several vendors on BHW and on the web offer VBAs and VCCs, try one to fulfill your needs.

If you live in the US you can stop by Walmart and buy a Bluebird checking account for I think it is $5. Deposit about $20 into it and use that to verify your PayPal. It also gives you a Visa debit card.

I have a fake PP account and some Hour ago it's limited and now they are asking for verification.
They are giving me three option to verify my address. But all information are fake in my paypal ! Also on there they are giving me Credit Card verification option !
Do u know anybody who can give me VCC to verify my account with Custom Name and Address as i want !
I have got some person here who are not responding and i need immediate help
Note :- paypal is not supported in my country that's why i am using fake paypal account to continue my business.

You have to move within the next week or so to restore the account, because after 45 days PP is inclined to make the limitation permanent. It's best to plan creating a US PP account with a recovery strategy already in mind. Keep in mind there are no guarantees, and PP may still ask for more verification even if you give them what they are asking for now.

First, consider getting a real street address you can access (from a friend, relative or maildrop) and adding that address to the Paypal account. That's because PP will send a letter to you via snail mail, with a pin number in it to "confirm your location." Once you add the pin to the account, that usually completes the recovery.

Second, get a AVS VCC with the name/address to verify both a card and the address to Paypal. When submitted, PP usually sends the pin letter. For a fee, I have third party sources (they all take LR only) to provide you a AVS VCC, but look again to the vendors posting on BHW first. I can also provide a street private address.
