For the last week paypal has had issues makeing payments some times it works most time says payment denied. Accs are safe and verified paypal evan said in a messege there fine and thay dont no why.
Anybody else notice this and or have a solution

I purchased two items in the last two days.. no problems were detected.

All works fine for me. Also I can add that their withdrawal time is very fast lately. Not taking even one business day.
