i suggest still with your bank name account couple weeks ago,i got paypal security and phone to paypal singapore and paypalnis very secure about the security and data

I wouldn't reccomend to do this, I recommend to open q new bank account or to use your brother's paypal account if possible.

Try it. It will either work or not. It's not upto PayPal, it's upto the bank whether they compare the names or no. In many cases name mismatch is not an issue and the withdrawal goes through just fine. I withdrew to a bank account not on the same name as the Paypal account and many others do/did the same.
