Hi. I have some funds on paypal and I got problem with withrawing funds on my credit card.

Please advice if you know some ways to send money maybe on vcc and from vcc then to wire transfer or something like this to cash out money from paypal.

do you have any friends that you could send it to then they could withdraw and send to you by wire? would have to be a trusted friend
 
I trust all my friends but noone use paypal.

Parents or friends - teach them how to open a PPal account and ask them to invoice you for a virtual service - like linkbuilding. Then pay from your account to theirs.

What was the problem with withdrawing? Did you verify your account/CCard?

I got but I have usa adress and in USA withraw on credit card is not avaliable, only bank account
 
WHy dont you open a bank account? Or you can get third party exchanger to exchange your money
