Hi Guys,
I have a fully verified PP account but cant use it for certain tasks.
I want to send money to a "proxy" paypal account. I dont need to withdraw money from there, I just need to pay for services that accept paypal. Money goes in and out, thats it.
I created a PP account with a prepaid-Creditcard and it was blocked immediately and asked for my ID.
I created another one without CC and tried to send money to it, but then it was also blocked and asked for my ID.
Im in the EU and up to 2500 Euro, paypal does not have to ask for an ID by law. So I think I am running into other issues here.
Of course I did not use the same IP (VPN), I also created a new windows profile.
What am I doing wrong? Is there a reputable source to buy these accounts If i cant create myself?
