i got 825 $ on my limited account can you do something ? , 180 days passed

You can ask Paypal to send it someone have PAYPAL, i can get it and transfer it back to U - 10%

i dosnt work to send it to someone , is limited , it only works to windraw to bank account wich i dont have

The only way is to withdraw by check or by bank.
