Paypal withdrawal for non-supported countries

My country is not allowed to receive money from Paypal.
Do you know any online solution I can do? Like get card from some service and withdraw there.
Payoneer + Pp not work anymore so its not solution.
Would use this for ecom store, so amounts would be higher and don't want to get limited

You can sale paypal $ to another paypal user in your country and get cash from him. You will find many people in ur country who do this business..

His country cannot receive PayPal payments only send so it cannot work

And You mean an exchange ..... It is not always safe so it is not really a good advice.

Well need something that will work like charm, cause cashflow on ecommerce is big and many transactions daily.

If you insist on using paypal The only option I see for you is buying a stealth PayPal and Hope to the Gods Paypal do not Sniff you out!

Montenegro is a quite small country. Don't you know someone over at the Croatian side of Dalmatia, so he/she could receive the money on your behalf and could send it to you via Western Union or you would just make a small trip and bring the cash home every now and then?
 
I suppose opening company in other country is best solution

you can send the money to other person , and he will send it again with the way you need ( Skrill , bank , ... )
 
you can use vai or have many gateways like Neteller/skrill/payza/perfectmoney/BTC
 
Buy a business paypal in your name . And use vpn to use it .
You can get paypal sellers here in marketplace .
And get documents like for verification if you get into a trouble later .
Documents are sold here in marketplace as well.

OP's issue is getting the money out of PayPal because of country restriction, a stealth account can't really help in that, because he still wouldn't be able to withdraw to his bank account. Practically what he would need is a bank account in an eligible county and possibly a business in the same country or i guess he could just buy cryptocurrency on a site like virwox and keep his money in that.

after buying PP you can add your payoneer USA Back account then you can withdraw on it .... already did that by my own
