Hello, looking for any service that allows me to withdraw money from paypal like a vcc or Virtual bank account. cause i heard that payoneer dose not accept paypal anymore. thx

I assume you dont have a real bank account right? In that case Im afraid there is no way to withraw money with a vba.

Some people says they could do it using payoneer euro bank account (from germany). Never tried it though.
 
Send it to me and i'll pay you in other way.

Is there a new update for Payoneer? Because last time I tried in May I did withdraw money from Paypal to my Bank Of America Payoneer account.
 
I think you should have account in real bank to withdraw your money .

Just got an email from paypal customer support, they don't allow payoneer bank accounts at all now

All banks in my country has stopped dealing with paypal at all. i already have a bank account but can't withdraw to it

I just checked the paypal that is associated with payoneer's bank account and seems fine the bank is still there. Maybe the update is about new accounts because my account is there since 2013.

Which payoneer bank you use ? the usd one or the euro one ?
 
From what I know it is paypal that doesn't accept virtual accounts anymore. Another way to do it is to transfer from paypal to bitcoin, then from bitcoin to cash in a local exchange. You end losing quite a lot in fees though, like 10% from what I calculated.

you can buy Visa card online by paypal
 
You can register for BTC accounts at companies that send international CC (no verificaiotn required up 2.500USD ATM withdrawals).

Deposit at virwox using paypal, convert at btc and then top up the btc card.

For all above calculate commission 10%-15%
